The only real defense I've heard for Dalton is "Who are they going to get that's better?" At this point, how can anyone use that argument? I was fine with the contract and keeping him for this year even though I was sick of him, but now there is no way somebody can defend keeping him as the QB for the next however many years. There is a very clear ceiling with Dalton so why not take a chance on somebody who could be worse since they'll never win shit with him?
