It's better to the clog the lane versus throwing up bricks all night. If you want to spot him up outside the arc as a decoy...fine...just don't throw him the ball. The way to beat the Cavs is just leave Love unguarded. Yup...he's that bad.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1700889 wrote:Yeah, let's have him clog the lane while LeBron and Kyrie are slashing. GREAT idea...

This was Love's problem.....HighRoller74;1700811 wrote:Love with 10pts already, still 5m to play in the first quarter.
Looks like he's getting more air on his shot and they are falling.

Clogging the lane is a bad thing with two slash and kick ball handlers. Love is in a shooting slump for sure, he doesn't look right. He obviously needs to take some time off and get that back close to healthy. Its obvious watching him run up the court that his back is bothering him.Footwedge;1700903 wrote:It's better to the clog the lane versus throwing up bricks all night. Love will be fine. He was huge in the win against the Thunder. He is struggling to find a consistent release right now, but he'll find it.

Career wise...he's a below average shooter...from 2 point range and 3 point range. He scored a lot for a very bad team because he shot the ball so much. This year, his numbers are even worse.se-alum;1700919 wrote:Love will be fine. He was huge in the win against the Thunder. He is struggling to find a consistent release right now, but he'll find it.
Probably one of the most over rated players I've ever seen in this league given the all star appearances he has seen. And to think I was begging to trade Wiggins for this guy.

Well Love is White and American so you should have known he wasn't going to be great.

Since he made the 3-point shot a big part of his game, he's about a 38% shooter from out there, that's above average. He shoots about 46% from the field overall, which isn't bad. This is throwing out the year he only played 18 games, and not taking into account this year since it is still in progress.Footwedge;1700922 wrote:Career wise...he's a below average shooter...from 2 point range and 3 point range. Fun Fact: Since last Monday's game vs. Bulls, #Cavs have NBA's 3rd-ranked defense in FG percentage. Holding last 5 opponents to 40.2%.
Granted we've only played one quality opponent in that stretch....
Thank you Pick. Hence the question marks and later use of IMO.Pick6;1700578 wrote:I don't think he was saying that's what he wanted, just throwing out the scenario.

6. When Bron plays like this, Cavs upside swells to title level. Still wonder what a K Love trade could bring. They need to explore that.
Think we could get Wiggins?

Don't know where you get your stats from but Love's career 3 point numbers are 35.7% and his career fg percentage is less than 45%. Neither of those percentages warrant any accolades. He's overrated. A cut above Larry Hughes...but overrated nonetheless.se-alum;1700946 wrote:Since he made the 3-point shot a big part of his game, he's about a 38% shooter from out there, that's above average. Pro Basketball Reference. Like I said, that isn't counting the year he only played 16 games, which pulls down his numbers quite a bit.Footwedge;1701273 wrote:Don't know where you get your stats from but Love's career 3 point numbers are 35.7% and his career fg percentage is less than 45%.
