I wanted Jackson to begin with, but it would be ridiculous to fire Blatt.

I dont think it would be stupid to fire him now. Why not if you can get the coach you want? NBA guys can adapt better to a new coach than lets say the NFL in season.

Because the NBA regular season is only slightly more than meaningless. Particularly without a healthy Lebron or Andy, and 3 new pieces (one of them also injured) thrown into the mix in the midst of it all.

They were 17-10 before Varejao got hurt, and 18-12 before Lebron got hurt. Wait till Shumpert gets back and let the new pieces gel.

Blatt needs to go immediately. Just shows culture's win championships and Cleveland is not a championship culture

Well, I'm convinced. Keep blatt. If classy thinks we should get rid of him, he should def stay.

They fire Blatt and they'll be paying Blatt, Mr potato head, and a new coach at the same time, and a lot of money too.

Pales in comparison to the money Danny will lose if Love and LBJ aren't here next year.

The 2012 LA Lakers said the same thing and look how that worked out. Nash & Howard were supposed to come in dominate, instead it just never got rolling, they finished 45-37 and the whole ship fell apart. I'll admit this is worse case but if Love bolts then you have a year left with Lebron to hopefully save the franchise from going back to the cellar

Nate Robinson....Not sure how I'd feel about him AND JR on the 2nd unit. But would give us a better option than Delly, thats for sure.

Well, yeah, that was a horrible trade, and I wont back down from that opinion lol.

But, if he Bolts, they will replace him with someone better, imo.

Maybe not skill wise, but fit wise, I totally agree with you.

Yeah, thats what I meant. They dont, and never did, need a scoring PF who isnt physical. Thats why I was so against the trade. Coupled with how great I think Wiggins will be, and I thought it was an asinine trade to make...but thats beside the point.

They can get a C/PF (and I mean BOTH) who will fit the team much better for what Love costs.

Kevin Love isn't physical? He may not be athletic but he is certainly physical.

Not agreeing or disagreeing because I haven't gave it much thought, but Bosh wasn't exactly a physical nonscoring PF and it worked out alright.

David West is a physical PF. Kevin Love is a PF who would rather shoot 3s than back you down. Rarely is he gonna get it on the block, and use power to get a good shot.

Different teams though...Wade, LeBron, Haslam. Those guys were good defenders and really knew how to play a physical brand of basketball. they didnt need Bosh to be that. The Cavs do from Love, cause Andy, Kyrie, and pretty much everyone is soft outside of LeBron. Wade significantly decreased in skill over the years, but people discredit how tough that guys was and how fucking good he was when LeBron went there.

He's one of the worst athletes in the league and averages more than 12 boards a game for his career, you don't do that by not being physical. I agree that the Cavs should post him up more, Lebron too.

He is one of the best at boxing out and gets great position. He doenst get rebounds from physicality.

And LOLOLOLOLOL at him being a bad athlete. You must be confusing bad athlete with being white.

Here is Kevin Loves measurable being comparable and in some cases better than Blake Griffin...he is better in every category than Aldridge. BUUUUUT, he is white...

It's all relative, he's one of the worst athletes in the NBA easily, he can't finish around the rim and plays below it. Anyone who watches him can see it. Rebounding the way he does means that he is physical, boxing out and working for great position requires high level of physicality.

Those mean nothing, it's about the product on the court. Do Love and Blake Griffin display the same level of athleticism on the court? Not even close.
