So these "bombs" were actually 5 foot jumpers? Can you tell us more about how the Browns would win the Super Bowl if they simply played tall JV basketball players at receiver?Footwedge;1727350 wrote:Shemp, when I played ball, there were no 3 balls. What I said was that I hit 3 bombs in a row....which I did. And when the skinny dork shoved me, I reacted the same way JR did. I clocked him in the cake hole. The official threw him out and did nothing to me. As it should have been.

Delly shoots 41% over a 82 game stretch...second highest percentage on the team. Delly shoots 31% from 3ball land over a 6 game stretch. Therefore... Delly should not shoot any more 3 balls.

Al Bung hole checking in I see. Like Joe Banner said, the NFL would be ruined if they allowed my brilliant idea to transpire. The D League bigs would dominate the Joe Hadens of the world. The NFL understands that. Too bad that you don't.Al Bundy;1727360 wrote:So these "bombs" were actually 5 foot jumpers? I dont think anyone is arguing he had a better Reg. Season than what was expected...
However, we disagree with THESE. It just isnt accurate.Footwedge;1727361 wrote:Delly shoots 41% over a 82 game stretch...second highest percentage on the team. Delly shoots 31% from 3ball land over a 6 game stretch. Therefore... Delly should not shoot any more 3 balls.

Anybody notice the elevation Shump gets on his jump shot? The dude has some serious hops. Reminds me of David Thompson the way he elevates.

Lol I can guarantee FW will not find a single post where I said Delly should not be shooting 3's. I'm okay with pretty much anyone in our offense shooting an open or good shot, and Delly doesn't force 3's so he can have the green light for all I care.
I only hopped on board the "let's all pile on how entertainingly stupid footwedge is" bandwagon.

Fine.. if you don't think Delly has performed well in the playoffs, then that's your opinion. You are right, we disagree. The fans disagree with you too, if the standing o Delly got when he left the court last night is any barometer.Laley23;1727363 wrote:I dont think anyone is arguing he had a better Reg. The D League bigs would never get off the line of scrimmage against a good bump and run corner.Footwedge;1727362 wrote:Al Bung hole checking in I see. Love your new tag line, Shemp. You spend a lot of time obsessing with me don't you? Shouldn't you be spending your time studying the ramifications of corporate veil liability reductions over the past 2 decades? LOL. So... I lettered in 3 sports at a quad A sports powerhouse. He has played fine. Its not like I watch him and expect a turnover. I expect him to get the team into the offense, make the smart pass, and take the open 3. I expect him to get beat on defense most of the time, but play his ass off and get some hustle boards and be a pest. He has done all of that. But, lights out is just ridiculous. He hasnt shot well and has gotten like 3 assists in the playoffs...prior to last night. But, whatever, your opinion.Footwedge;1727368 wrote:Fine.. if you don't think Delly has performed well in the playoffs, then that's your opinion. You are right, we disagree. You're full of it Bunghole. Yeah, like Joe Hadin could keep a 290 pounder from going down the field. You can't possibly believe that. Or maybe you do. I'll take Joe Haden and Tashaun Gipson, and you can have Johnny Manziel throwing to Shawn Bradley. I like my chances.Footwedge;1727376 wrote:You're full of it Bunghole. Yes indeed he as played lights out..for a bench role player. The standing ovation that he received last night was well deserved. And that ovation was in response to his play during the entire playoff stretch.Laley23;1727373 wrote:He has played fine. Its not like I watch him and expect a turnover. 6-11, 290 is just about rght, Jnitor. But don't worry Joe Haden will keep them from going down the field. Just ask Bunghole.Rotinaj;1727378 wrote:290 pounds? Is the D league you are talking about the Dunkin Donuts league???

Pretty sure it was in response to his 9 assists. His playoff run prior to that was nothing spectacular. Numbers wise, it was probably below what his reg season was. Anyone wanna crunch the numbers and exclude last nights game vs reg season?Footwedge;1727380 wrote:Yes indeed he as played lights out..for a bench role player. It must be, there are only 2 players in the D League above 290. http://basketball.realgm.com/dleague/playersRotinaj;1727378 wrote:290 pounds? Is the D league you are talking about the Dunkin Donuts league???

Can we move on from the dumb fuck fest?
Anyway, is there a reason why Thib has not played Mirotic that much? I wonder if he is still hurt. I hope he keeps that up. Cavs need to keep forcing the bulls to take contested jumpers, and remain physical with Gasol. If they lose after doing that, then it just wasn't their game/series. It still is remarkable how Rose makes those garbage jump and lean forward three pointers.
