I don't either but hopefully he comes back pissed off and plays harder than everyone else and leads by example. They're a damn mess.

Take it easy midstate. It's January and Lebron isn't even playing.

Might be time for Blatt to go, they are not playing hard for him and they aren't buying into his system. There is no ball swing to the weak side like his offense is known for.

I don't understand not playing hard for him. Makes no sense, where's the pride? They're representing cleveland and have the talent to win a ring. Just ridiculous.

Seems to me like they are just kinda going through the motions waiting for Lebron to come back.

Lot of ppl wanted Byron Scott/Mike Brown gone too. They went to multiple finals. Different scenarios, I understand what you're trying to get at here, but players aren't playing hard. Blatt can't figure out how to use Kevin Love. Is that Kyrie's fault for playing hero ball, or Blatts fault for not sticking his foot up Kyrie's ass? I'm not going to base Blatt's success on how Spo did in FAILami.

They were very inconsistent night in night out with LBJ.

Blatt throwing a little shad tonight at Love saying "He's Not a max player yet"

I wonder the context.

Just dumb. No reason to say what he said, stirring the pot letting media write drama BS articles. SMH

Yes but atleast they were building on something and making progress while winning games, without him they have taken a huge step back.

Yes. But if you read my post I reference effort. Which was inconsistent night in night out even with him. We got blown out by shitty teams with LBJ in the lineup. Inexcusable

I think that comes down to coaching, when you believe in your a coach and system you play hard night in and night out.

No. Lol
I at least expect them to give a god damn effort. At least play hard.

I am with midstate on this. Even without LeBron a losing skid like this is fucking inexcusable. They still have Kyrie and Love. I can understand some of the teams they are losing to, but they are also not only losing to shitty teams, but the games aren't even close.

Certainly cause for concern. I thought the purpose in bringing in some of these veterans was to add leadership, but it almost seems as if they just want to ride the coattails to another title instead of performing in their role. Marion and Miller have been terrible pretty much all season. One guy I AM impressed with is TT. About a month ago, he said that he needed to get more offensive rebounds, and he's been a monster on the offensive glass since then. Offensive rebounding is ALL about effort. Why can't everyone else bring some to the table. It's like they just expect that at some point they're going to turn it on... not with this type of play, they're not.

I'm still not overly concerned, but it is disappointing and frustrating to be a Cavs fan right now.

They still have Kyrie and Love.
That's the problem right there. 2 of the biggest losers in the NBA. It's all they know, and all they have ever done in their career. The next thing either of them win will be the first.

Is anyone really surprised that the 2 of them together look like a lottery team without Lebron?

A (right now) selfish player and a guy who doesn't look like he'll ever be a "force" and right now not even playing in fourth quarters. Not going to win much with that lol

Guys, give this team some time to gel and wait for Lebron. Gotta remember, right nows entire team is different then it was at the start of the season. This is basically training camp (or whatever the NBA's equivalent is) for these guys without the best player in the world.

The effort thing I'll give you. That's bullshit

Go. Buckeyes. Go. /arnold schwarzenegger

Starts with Kyrie/Love for sure, but we have bums like Delly playing along side them.

I truly think after the all star break we will see a different team. It's going to take them falling in the standings to finally realize they can't just coast and will turn it on. It's a long season its still early. No reason to panic. I still think this team will turn it around and be playing their best ball when it matters.

That's what I've been saying from the start, but it doesn't mean the process doesn't suck. It's frustrating. I mean, I'm trying to sell my tickets for the Cavs/Thunder game. I should easily be able to sell them for $125 a piece on Flash Seats, but I'm getting no action on them, probably because we're sucking.

Thompson is terrible on offense, he has no footwork, no touch, no face up game. I've never seen a big man get his dunks blocked so frequently. He is good on the glass and a decent defender.

Not saying the guy is a stud on offense. Just saying that it appears he's bringing some hustle to the table, as evidenced by his offensive rebounding.
