Seems like they let anyone who's ever touched a basketball into the HOF anyways.

Pierce doesn't scream HOF'er, but you gotta give the guy props for being as good as he is this late in his career. Quite a few guys put up good numbers, but he did it for 15+ years.

I mean, do you think Kevin Garnett, Reggie Miller and Patrick Ewing are hall of famers?

I know the big men struggle with free throws because of big hands, not jump shooters, whatever, etc. So what's Iguodala's excuse? 59% from the line this season.

He is an obvious HOF'er. AKA, he screams HOF'er.

Pierce is only a HOFer, because of his longevity.

Lol'd. Completely forgot about that argument. Wasn't it Hines Ward = Pete Rose?

Something like that. Gut isn't a dumb poster, but that easily is the dumbest argument he ever came up with.

Yeah we all agreed on Ward or were all close and then everyone was against gut with that comparison and thoughts on Rose.

Does the Hack-a-player strategy usually even work? The Rockets are losing by seven points.

It seems a little counter-intuitive to me to bring in scrubs just to hack and basically consent to playing 4 on 5 offensively. Any advantage seems minimal.

I would have Jordan stay out at half and shoot free throws on their end the entire time...and keep a coach out to rebound for him

Clippers are 18-2 when teams do this. I definitely do not think it works.

There is such a thing as an intentional foul in the NBA right? Why don't the refs ever call that on some of these fouls?

That's what I was thinking. They just enabled Jordan to set the record for most free throws in a quarter and for what? To be trailing by six at halftime lol.
