Both come in at 3-3....Houston seems like a better team but hopefully being at home will help the Steelers.

Houston 24
Steelers 21

It's at home. You KNOW that will help the Steelers.

Steelers choked to the buccs last game at home, so I am not sure how the home field will help. They are 3-3, so I am sure their fans have given up at this point. I think foster has a big game, and watt continues to dominate. I am going with Ironman's prediction of 24-21 houston.

Think he was talking about the refs "helping" the steelers at home.

Running clock in the second half for the Texans.............

This steelers team isnt going anywhere so lets go to the way back machine.
Remember the year the texans beat the steelers when they had a total of like 49 yards of total offense for the game???

On the bright side, Houston isn't a good offensive team compared to some we've played with Harvard Fitz at QB. On the negative side, as time has gone on, it's looking like the blowout win over Carolina was the anomaly, as far as our results have gone this year, since after that game, it's been a loss to woeful TB, needing a pick-6 against Jacksonville to win by a whopping 8 points and laying a complete leg effort-wise against Cleveland.

Given up on what? Getting their 7th SB ring this year? If that's it, then you are correct.

I'm not thrilled with 3-3, but it's early. I'm more pissed at how they lost.

I think they win close, but I could also see Fitzpatrick passing all over them. Pitts has no identity, you can't predict shit.

If Foster is moving the chains they will most definitely be able to pass. Fitzpatrick looked decent last Thursday.

Houston's D is much better than the Browns, Jaguars, and Buccaneers Ds of the last 3 weeks for the Steelers...if their offense continues the way it has played they might get shut out by the Texans.

Its a bad team right now, but ya never know when a performance aaginst Carolina comes out. This team is what I expected. That Panther game got me stoked because I thought maybe I was wrong.

Think he means giving up on steelers, jumping on Pens bandwagon.

The norm for pittsburgh fans.

Yeah, you guys really are in tune with the Pittsburgh fan base.

I don't give a shit if the Steelers are winless, I'm still following. I give no fucks about hockey until the playoffs.

You don't really have to be "in tune" to know that steelers fans are great when they're winning and pretty below average otherwise.

Pretty much. The last few years have shown us this.

Fans are more vocal and attentive when their team is doing well? That's only being going on since the beginning of time.

But I do agree with Pitts fans being all doom and gloom right now. I'm seeing it all over social media. But that's sports...same shit happens with OSU.

Did you go to the Browns bar to watch the game? I was at the one in Union square yesterday.

Brother Jimmy's? I wasn't. I was at sports bar in Brooklyn, had to watch with no sound because of the shitty Jets being on also.

I've only been to Manny's for Cleveland games, upper east side. It's an OSU bar on Saturdays. It get fucking nuts for both games. Even when Cleveland is losing people are still raging.

My roomies recently switched to Brother Jimmy's though. They said it gets pretty rowdy. I've been to eat though, decent food.

Yeah, Brother Jimmy's. It's smaller than the DC bar, but just as rowdy. It had a bit more of a fratty feel to it. There was girl dressed in a penguin costume pouring shots in people's mouths lol.

I had a couple friends who had previously lived in NYC and told me to go to Manny's, but the apartment I was staying at was much closer to Union Square.

This.

Pittsburgh's run D is brutal. If Houston is smart, they pound the rock and let Fitzpatrick use the play action to his benefit.

Houston's defense is pretty tough. I expect Roethlisberger to have several meetings with Mr Watt.

Kiss of death....

Pittsburgh hasn't lost a home Monday Night game in 23 years.
