I just bought a pizza from it because my phone was dead. called 5 places till someone answered but made wonder...when did you last use it?

If the battery was dead on my cell phone, option #2 for me would be my computer. I'm not sure we even have a phone book. We haven't had a land line in many years.

I get about 4 to 6 phone books per year... I use them as fire starters rip out a few pages, wrap some dryer lint and a small piece of old candle a you have a great wood burning fire starter...

I really can't believe they still hand out phone books (must be some sort of law/regulation). Every time they it at my building, a pile of books will sit there until eventually getting soaked by rain...then sit a few more days rotting and becoming home to who knows how many bugs...until finally maintenance comes and throws them away.
Granted it's only been a few years (I think) since I stopped going to yellow pages on my computer to search for pizza delivery or whatever. Maybe 5 years.

The yellow pages seem to be softer than the white pages....
