Sounds like it will be this afternoon.

Look for him to stay at the DOJ until the post is filled.

Looks like Bam is shedding the dead weight that has been dragging him down in the polls and attempting to disarm his critics. Not unnoticed is his jettisoning of the "leading from behind". strategy.

Worst AG in American history.

Not one banker went to jail after the financial collapse on his watch as he refused to prosecute anyone.

Easily one of the most shameful episodes this country has ever seen.

A top Dem Hill aide sends along this AG replacement possibility: outgoing US Atty in Seattle Jenny Durkan -- 1st openly gay US atty
Identity politics never stops with these people.

First black AG, now likely first gay AG, it's all these people are interested in. Could give 2 shits about running the country in a competent way.

Holder should have been forcefully removed from his position long ago.

Don't ask him why he's resigning. He doesn't know.

I would remind everyone our King has no problem with Recess Appointments, even when he determines they aren't in session. Look for Bill Ayers to be named this way so he can release all of the terrorists in our jails to give ISIL a fair shot.

Some of us actually put content of character and ability to properly perform one's duties, above skin color.

Good luck.

Interesting timing, what with the judge's ruling earlier in the week that forces the DOJ to release the Fast & Furious docs they've been sitting on all this time.

In any case, buh bye Eric. Hope your retirement sucks.

'We are engaged in immediate conversations with the White House on deliberations over a successor whom we hope will continue in the general direction of Attorney General Holder,' Sharpton said Thursday.
Makes me feel good to know that racial agitators like Reverend Al are advising the White House on successors.

Many have quite their position within the Obama Administration to protect their asses and their careers. Others find themselves facing judgment and Administration abandonment when the direction of corruption is discovered and the information uncovered. The socialist agenda has been attempted, the core of the America DOJ has been corrupted, the damage is done, time to bail, run and dodge from the onset of six years of incompetence, fraud, lying, information destruction, bias, racism, unconstitutional actions and corruption. Eric Holder should held accountable for the injustice of DOJ but instead he will walk free while America and all it’s citizen recover from the agenda of Socialist Obama Administration failures. America is left vulnerable by the action of a few, Eric Holder is one of those who should answer for his actions to the American people.

Apparently Mr. Holder believes he may be in line for a Supreme Court nomination in the future. God help us all if that comes to fruition.

If he seriously thinks he has a chance in hell of getting confirmed, he's even more stupid than I thought.

They would want someone young.
