Florida plays 2 teams mid level (5-6 loss) BCS teams OOC and Ohio State plays 1 good BCS team. Doesn't seem too different. Overall, you will have Miami and Iowa starting the season in the top 15, Wisconsin near the top 10, Penn State in the top 25, and if Michigan ever wakes up, they will be up there as well. Not the most difficult schedule, but certainly not an easy one.

True, but this isn't the same Marshall team that had Moss, Pennington, and Leftwich, or the OU team that had Boo Jackson, but it is the Eastern Michigan team that went 0-12. And I know OU had a decent year I'm just saying they aren't exactly world beatersLTrain23 wrote:Doubtful. Miami, Iowa, and Wisconsin should all be ranked Top 15 and depending upon the voters/who returns I could see Miami and Wisconsin possibly slip into the Top 10.
I just pray that UM has a good season, it definitely will help.

Yeah that is a real slobberknocker of a schedule.

You didn't state an opinion, you said it won't be the same OU team with Boo Jackson. You're wrong. But you're a woman, so I should have known you don't really know much about sports.karen lotz wrote: awwwww

OU and Marshall were bowl teams. Not as bad as many other OOC schedules.

Yeah, I mean no team really has an OOC schedule that is 4 really good teams. MOST BCS schools play an average to above average team, and then 3 LOUSY teams...like OSU did this year.
No one is saying OSU's OOC schedule next year is great, but it's a normal OOC schedule.

Miami is the BCS team.
OU is the above-average team. Marshall should be average as well.
We should curbstomp Eastern Michigan.
In the next nine years Ohio State is scheduled to play in Non-Conference:
2010-11: Miami
2012-13: California
2014-15 Virginia Tech
2016-2017: Oklahoma
2018-2019: Tennessee
Please show me where Florida, LSU, or anybody else in the SEC has made this type of committment to playing top talent over the next 10 years

Tennessee seems to be the only SEC school that will do some major traveling to play some quality teams.

^^^That's because Lane Kiffin has balls the size of watermelons.....Guy isn't afraid of traveling anywhere, to play anyone, or anything. I wouldn't be surprised if he traveled back to Sparta to take on the Persian Army in the near future.

Tennessee played against Cal and UCLA(except for this year I think) under Fulmer.
The OSU/Tenn contract was also scheduled under Fulmer

did you actually watch the florida state miami game ? miami scored a td with less than 2 minutes remaining in the game to take a 4 point lead . a florida state receiver dropped a 2 yd td pass on the games final play.darbypitcher22 wrote: So you pick up USF.... ok, you'll blow them out, USF is better( and yeah they beat a weak ass Florida State team). How about that Rose Bowl bud? Still think the OSU defense is slow after holding Oregon to 17 points? You said they could put 50 on the Buckeyes.KnightRyder wrote:did you actually watch the florida state miami game ? miami scored a td with less than 2 minutes remaining in the game to take a 4 point lead . a florida state receiver dropped a 2 yd td pass on the games final play.darbypitcher22 wrote: So you pick up USF.... ok, you'll blow them out, USF is better( and yeah they beat a weak ass Florida State team). let's face it: regardless of it being a close game Florida State was a weak 7-6 against a pretty weak ACC

yea i still think their slow. actually oregon did a better job of holding themselves to 17 than any thing the buckeyes did. and what does that have to with miami and fsu?devil1197 wrote:How about that Rose Bowl bud? Wow what a surprise Oregon held themselves to 17 points. Don't take into account that they started at OSU's midfield for the majority of the game and couldn't score more than 17? Pure bullshit from you, running your mouth so much before the game only for it to be smacked shut.KnightRyder wrote:yea i still think their slow. actually oregon did a better job of holding themselves to 17 than any thing the buckeyes did. and what does that have to with miami and fsu?devil1197 wrote:How about that Rose Bowl bud? Masoli 9/20 for 81 yards LMAO, I bet it was he was holding himself back because he didn't want to win the Rose Bowl and be ranked high going into next season.
Just calling your idiotic bullshit out because you were nowhere to be found after the Rose Bowl game.

this has nothing to with fsu record in the acc , what has to with is miami way better than fsu like you say? you said on the other thread that cincys big win was over pitt , who barley got by north carolina . but yet north carolina beat miami. so i guess miami isnt that good right? but when miami appears on osu schedule all of sudden they are juggernautdarbypitcher22 wrote: let's face it: regardless of it being a close game Florida State was a weak 7-6 against a pretty weak ACC
