Not a fall show, but didn't know where else to bring this up.

Twin Peaks was recently released on Netflix and I'm 3 episodes in, I'm really enjoying. I can't believe I've never got around to watching it or that it was on primetime TV at the time.

I plan to watch it as well. They are also doing a 3rd season on Showtime in 2016, I believe.

That show is going to live and die with how they use the Penguin. Best character on the show.

So does everybody love Gotham?

The wife and I watched the first two episodes and neither of us were excited about it. We are going to keep DVRing it for the time being but what am I missing here? A procedural crime show with a loose Batman theme? I was hoping for more of a serialized show. Not, ok, here is the case this week with the backstory moving slowly along in the background.

I'm the same way. I'm not blown away by it. It's not one I look forward to watching, but I watch it when I get around to it. It's really not that good or I should say it's overrated. The acting stinks.

I like pretty much anything batman so I'm bias. I think it's been really good so far though. Hopefully they can keep it up. I like the dude that plays Gordon and the penguin has been great too.

It gets even better.
I think my new favorite show is Stalker on Wednesday nights.

I'm finally watching Homeland. Not sure I'm going to continue past the first season. Carrie annoys the shit out of me to the point that it ruins the show.

Season 1 is boss. Season 2/3 are garbage. 4 has been ok so far.

Saul and Quinn make the show. Brody is awful and Carrie is awful. They drag out the Carrie/Brody stuff for WAY to long.

It's an awesome series. Carrie annoys the shit out of everyone, but no more than Brody's daughter. You really just get used to Carrie though. If you're only on season 1, you haven't met Quinn yet. He is awesome. Season 4 has been fantastic so far.

Haven't watched, but thought it could be a good show in the right venue. Network television does not seem like that venue.

How many times is Gotham going to do the 'watch Penguin almost get killed but narrowly escapes because he's "friends" with a million people' episode.

I'm close to giving up on Gotham. Tired of the same old stuff. Gotham suffers from the exact same thing Agents of Shield suffers from - nothing innovative or exciting. No super heroes or powers; just ordinary people.

I don't really mind the lack of heroes or powers. But when was the last time the show did anything exciting? I feel like the past month has been a confusing narrative of Fish Mooney and Penguin and who is loyal to who while they repeatedly escape death - a death for that matter that we all know isn't going to happen anyways, so it's like watching a gigantic waste of time. Bruce, Selena and Ivy are boring as shit. Literally the only interesting thing was Gordon working at Arkham and that lasted like one episode lol

it has some potential. I see what it can become, but it's not there yet. It would be really entertaining if her was a dirty version of Monk.

I've just been keeping up with the third season of Banshee. Good times. Brutal fights. Intriguing personal drama. It can only go on for so long (think this might be the last season) and the premise is just hilariously over-the-top ridiculous, but it's damn good. Every show pretty much has me glued to the TV.
