They let Hoyer do a 1st down pass and he makes a terrible throw, missing an open receiver! The 3 and out with 2 incompletions to stop the clock.

Idk why I watch the Browns they just put me in a bad mood. Doesn't matter what coaching changes are made or who the starting quarterback is or whatever, if the chips are down, the team wearing the Browns jerseys will absolutely not make the plays needed to win.
