What really blows is that I heard on the news that he's in a "medium" security area and they have no plans to move him to maximum security.

I would imagine living in Lima would be similar to minimum security as is.

Looks like he won't be in medium security anymore. Lane and the other two that escaped have been transferred to the Ohio State Penitentiary near Youngstown.
