Two reasons for my skepticism: first, the video is still out there able to be viewed, which imo would be highly unlikely if authentic...second, a neck bleeds as it's being cut, without delay--just doesn't look right. Again, this is jmo.

Honestly, how did you respond when journalists and/or other Americans were beheaded over in Muslimland during Bush's presidency. The insanity of these people not only predates Obama, it predates our country's founding. What we saw was staged with the small knife. The did that for shock value.
Then when they truly cut it off they used a bigger knife and hacked it off like we have seen in other video's.
I think with it still being out there doesnt speak to it being fake at all.

The White House knew about the threat that ISIS was going to behead him and they did nothing about it.
If only Obama had held on to those 5 terrorists he traded for the deserter, maybe he could have traded one for this journalist.

I'd imagine either his selective memory or utter stupidity prevents him from remembering when a contractor got beheaded during the "settle Iraq" after the Bush II conflict in Iraq. Bush met the threat head on, and had succeeded in making Iraq somewhat stable. Then obama, in yet another disastrous policy error, withdrew from the region and now the "JV team" is on the march committing horrific acts of barbarism in the name of the religion of peace. When you create a vacuum over there, expect it to be filled with terrorists.

But even being the savages they are they still have a slick network of media on what to release and not to release. Maybe they decided actually showing it would get the video wiped out from getting shown and/or alienate people.

Everything is not hyper politicized. Bush did nothing in taking out the insanity that has pervaded over there for thousands of years. It was spun that way by the politicians, but that place has always been a quagmire - nothing we did made this change. You are so short sighted to actually think a president in this country has any effect on Muslimland regardless of political party.
