Definitely not enough. It's a coping mechanism. That's how a lot of comedians deal with their problems. They turn it into a joke and when the crowd is laughing at it, it gives you the feeling that it's OK and everyone goes through what you're feeling. But then the show ends. And you're back in your hotel room with just your thoughts and you forget that other people are going through that too and feel like you're all alone.
