Here is what I hate about this article and media in general. The bigger story here would be if the police killed him brutually for no reason. So that's the story the media will always run with. Why is it that they can't just give both sides and then say let's wait till an investigation is done. Instead they believe anything any of these supposed witnesses say. And it is run as fact. Media is the worst.

He lost credibility when he put Martin into his argument. Martin wasn't shot by police, Martin had nothing to do with police brutality.

Perhaps because race is not the issue. Do you think all police matters involve only Black people? How many "white" people do you think have been killed by police (without making any judgments whether such force was necessary). I can think of two from my HS - again no judgments but nobody rioted and if you google their names you get zero hits (just tried - granted this was a couple of decades ago).

Look at the Trayvon case. It was a pretty open and shut case of self defense but you have media and protests run with the 'HE'S A RACIST' story for months and that eventually pressured the prosecutor to press charges. After the evidence was presented, he was found not guilty and they still cried racism and injustice.
