Definitely not Eddie Jones, the guy who played Pa Kent on "Lois & Clark" (and Marla Hooch's dad on "A League Of Their Own", but I agree there is a slight resemblance.
I'm getting nuthin', although the pic in the OP looks to me like what Chris Matthews could look like if he lets himself go in the next few years.
