Someone should look it up, but it was my understanding that transgender means no surgery of the genital region, but otherwise cross-dresses and may take hormones and undertake surgery that feminizes the breasts. I am uncertain, the information is what I always thought. I know absolutely no one that identifies as either. I wouldn't know a transsexual if they were peeing next to me at Ohio Stadium.
