I think this game should be a good indication for the Browns.
Jacksonville is a decent team but they're slumping and now they have to travel to Cleveland.
If this recent Browns surge is something legit I think they should win this one.

I actually think this could be Mangini's job on the line.
It would be tough to make a change ending the season with four straight wins.
A loss and it would just be a 4-12 season and easy to make another change.

for what it's worth
a three-team $5 parlay of New England, Pittsburgh and Oakland wins $142
Chiefs, Raiders and Bengals pay $618

If the Browns win this game they have to be the favorite to win the AFC next year at a minimum.

Glazer on Fox basically said it is a foregone conclusion that Mangini will be fired come tuesday.
Assuming this does happen, who comes in to replace him?
I know Gruden just signed a long term deal with MNF, but the chance to work with his buddy Holmgren and coach his hometown team, (not to mention the money) might be too much to pass up.

I think they would probably bring in a less known guy that Holmgren can control some.

Not sure if Holmgren is going to bring in a coach with pretty good success and popularity. (Gruden does have a SB ring). He seems like he wants to be in total control and coaches with rings and success usually want to have some control.

I think you have to give any coach more than 1 year. I hope given the way the Browns have ended this season that they give hima c ouple more years and better players to show what kind of a coach he can be.

Boy do I hate it when the steelers are on 27 and the browns are on 19. I only get youngstown locals.

Wow, Harrison is looking great. With him and the kid from Clemson I think we are set at running back for the future.
