Hardin Motors Plaza Cafe in Mt Victory Ohio.

-5 out of 10.

Supposedly the locals say it is great, maybe because it is the only place around and all old people.

Got the salad bar. Had shitty lettuce, very few items to put on the actual salad and hardly any dressings.
Dry, gross fried chicken. Running, nasty mac and cheese. The ham wasnt too bad. Hard mashed potatoes.

Just plain nasty.


Then to get the bill......$10 a person for this small, shitty ass salad bar.

I do not recommend.

Only redeeming quality was a very cute girl working the register to check out.

Don Pancho in Green last night the wife loves the creamy seafood salad and guacamole ( it is good)
I'm not impressed but I go there for the wife, never had a bad meal but just your standard tex Mexican type place.

what do you think of the rail they are putting in ON THE STREET to get people from OTR to downtown faster? Seems pretty counter intuitive to me at first thought.

No, it's an actual restaurant. It's on a regular state route, not a high-traffic road, so it couldn't be really called a truck stop. They have the room to have banquets for groups and with people coming to Hardin Motors for either car buying/looking or repair work, they probably get a lot of traffic from those people.

I'll have to ask my mom, who still lives in the area, about how it is. When I was a kid, I really liked going there, at least for buffet-style meals, but that was a long time ago. I seem to remember her saying something about its quality recently and it might have been about it being worse than she remembered.

Ohio Deli....sucked. Didn't get the dagwood but I doubt it would've mattered.

Der Dutchman, Plain City - lunch buffet a couple weeks ago. Decent grandparent food. Waitress was cute which is always a plus

That's a bummer, I enjoyed my food there. Their desserts are tasty too. Not excellent food, but I don't expect it when I go to a deli.

well, the portions were good but the western burger or whatever it was called had no flavor at all and my sauerkraut balls were awful. Bill wasn't bad but I'd much rather spend more at Brown Bag deli or Katzingers

Smokey Bones in Boardman. Came away disappointed. We love this place but the wings we got were undercooked.
