Not something I think I would enjoy for the price, and I've heard more than enough bad reviews.

Would you pay 5k to float in Lake Erie?

Agreed. Best bang for your buck, imo.

LOL...I never said that. I don't seem to have as big of a problem with Tiernan than the rest of you do.

I don't either, I just saw an opening so I took it...IMO he's harmless, and actually quite amusing.

May be moving to Cleveland soon for a new job.

Question - what are some good neighborhoods/suburbs for a young family? Budget of around $200,000. Like to be close to restaurants and shopping if possible. I'm not familiar at all with Cleveland. Thanks!

You can't really go wrong anywhere the on the west side. Avoid east side at all costs, unless you're ok with a longer commute. If so, check out Solon and Mentor. Beachwood mall isn't too far from Solon on the east side. West side, you have Crocker Park in Westlake and Southpark Mall in Strongsville. Both nice burbs. Trendy places closer to downtown are Tremont and Ohio City. I guess even Lakewood too. I wouldn't really recommend anything south of Independence along 77 if you want to keep the commute short/be close to shopping/restaurants.

Solon is continually ranked one of the top places to raise a family nationally.
