...have their reproductive organs removed?

I know we're not an "eye for an eye" society...but this seems like the best way to reduce the occurrences of this crime.

I say go for it. You rape an unwilling person (not the kind of rape where the 16 year old agrees to it) or do anything sexual to a young child...."snip, snip" beyotch.

Anyone with me on this? Why can't this be the punishment?

I wish there was still the death penalty for rapists and child molesters.

Example: The doctor who was just arrested for molesting and raping all those children under his care should be killed.

I would like to say "yes".

But that would only be staving off their sexual drive.

What about the part of them that is mental that wants the control over the victim?

Rape or non-consensual sex, I say kill them.

Consensual sex with an underage person gets to be a grey area because I wouldn't know where to draw the lines. It isn't as easy as saying, well at this age it is different. Is there a difference between a 15 year old sophomore/17 year old senior having sex as opposed to a 14 year old sophomore/18 year old senior? Socially, they have lived in the same environments. But if that is acceptable, then what about a 14 year old freshman, and then a 13 year old freshman, or then a 14 year old and a 19 year old? I don't know how that line can be drawn without consideration for circumstances, but I also don't know how to define those circumstances. So, I'm probably good with leaving things as they are when it comes to those laws.

I think child molesters should be killed. Our laws are way to lenient for these freaks. As for rapists, probably cut it off or death. Doesn't matter much to me.

Nah...there should be a round-robin tournament where removal of opponents apendage is rewarded by moving on to the next round. Of course this would be available on pay-per-view.

Just let the one who was violated decide what should be done and then let them do it. I think the pay-per-view idea is a good one.

No punishment that gives permanment physical harm should be employed.

Two wrongs do not make a right. It is wrong to chop off body parts for crimes. It is sickening in fact.

My advice is for those who love this sort of thing is to move to Islamic countries. They do public execution and various other sorts for punishment. I personally think those people need mental help.

I appreciate you coming out of the closet.

First off, people that rape and molest little kids are defective humans beyond rehabilitation. Putting them in jail is no punishment. Letting them out just leads to more rapes. Your 2 wrongs dont make it a right is personal perception.

You obviously dont have little kids, especially little girls.
You are obviously wrong. I have a daughter, so you are sadly mistaken.

I would rather see them get put in prison for life than mutilated or killed.

Mutilated others is morally wrong and the death penalty is no penalty at all it is the absence of punishment. Dead people do not suffer hence no punishment.

The other thing to note is what if you castrate the wrong guy?

I am fine with that as long as everyone who agrees with that then must get castrated themselves for doing it to an innocent person. An eye for eye tooth for a tooth deal.

Of course no one will go for that but when you permanatley maim or kill an innocent person there is nothing you can do to take it back.

People who are wrongly imprisoned are awarded large sums of cash for the blunder and mistreatment of an innocent.

Mutilation in any form is morally wrong and a heinous action.

I would recommend mental treatment for all those that think that mutilation of humans is a necessary or good endeavor.

No, that's cruel and unusual punishment. Albeit for a cruel and unusual crime.

Depending on the case, death is fitting. No less than 10 years in jail.

What is the point of life in prison? Honestly, if a person can not be a productive member of socpiety, as in did a crime that puts them in jail for life, what is the point of keeping them alive? Murderers and pedophiles fit the bill of being useless to keep alive.
