Well then by per capita means Byesville, Sycamore, and North Baltimore Ohio GO HARDER than dayton

The North Baltimore truck stop is like Little Vegas with the selection of drugs and hookers. It's all over the Toledo news weekly for a big bust or raid or sting operation of some kind or another. There are no slots but I imagine an arcade and keno. It seems to be quite the tourist attraction.
