I said I don't really care how they pick. I think what you should be saying is that maybe the committee chair was lying to the media in his multiple interviews about it the past few weeks. It was never proven false that he said that in multiple interviews. You're a joke.

I didn't mean that him saying it was false. I'm saying he DID lie, obviously. It was your insistence that it was truth that was annoying. Now that we know it doesn't work that way, you are still trying to make someone else wrong. Maybe I'm a joke sometimes, but you are fucking annoying alot.

My only "insistence" was that the chair was giving said information. HE was very insistent about it. I was merely relaying his statements. Again, I DONT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT HOW THEY PICK THE BRACKETS. I'm not trying to make anyone else wrong, it's just funny that you keep jumping on this like it was my opinion or something.

Fact is, all I know about the selections is what the guy who runs the thing said in interviews. So sure, what I believed was wrong, because the guy who controls it gave false information. Problem is, you keep jumping on me like I either made this up, or it my opinion alone. THAT is what I am giving you shit about. I don't care that it was wrong or how the seeding worked.

It was Bobinski that I heard the full interview with. I heard parts of another interview where the exact same comments were made, and they kept referencing he was the chair. I just assumed it was the same guy I heard the first time. Shows you how much i really cared

Based on the interview I just listened to, there were 3 teams in consideration for the last #1 seed. Michigan would have gotten it if they had won the B1G tournament. Virginia was next in line if they won , which they obviously did.If UM and Virginia both won UM would have been the choice. Had both UM and Virginia lost Villanova would have fallen into the #1 seed.
