I voted CC. Of some of the others I thought of...

Said's banned. Therefore he no longer can be the OC's whatever anything as far as I'm concerned.
izzy and alma are too boring to be effective douches. One's a one-trick pony living off hilariously emotional rhetoric and the other is a robot. It's cute in a derpy sort of way when they spar.
Classy is purely awesome as comic relief. Just imagine everything he says about sports as satire or comedy and it works perfectly!
Tiernan's more an over-the-top cartoon character than an actual douche.
CC's the real deal in real life and not an eAct. ie: $20.

I agree with you that he's a douche, but I think even he believes the BS he spouts. Same with reclegend. I don't think I've seen an opinion out of either of them that I've agreed with. Ever.

RDI also came to mind, but mainly because he has it out for me. He also seems to have a high opinion of himself. Reminds me of the jock in high school who is now 35 and still thinks he's awesome.

I think this is the sort of thing where it takes months, if not years, of consistency in this field to get nominated. Sort of like a professional sports hall of fame in bizarro world.
