Agree...if UA is going to host a sectional, they need to take notes from Marysville! C'mon...District bracket is out...wake up UA

I'll take a shot at 220 and HWT:

@ 220, the Darby 4 will be: Sierawski (DH), Ford (TW), Struttman (WN), and Pfarr (M). I think Ford is the biggest risk, with Marysville Runner-up Jewell in the Semis. Ford does a lot of off-season wrestling and has great technique. Jewell is a "brute" type which Ford has had trouble with before. That's three 1's and a 2, so no big stretch really. But I don't see any 3's or 4's making it in. Perhaps Jewell sneaks in past Ford and makes in two 1/s and two 2's. Sierawski and Pfarr are just way ahead of the field, and I like Ford and Struttman for different reasons.

@ 285, the Darby 4 will be: Teacher (CC....HS), Rollo (PN), Sawicki (DS), and the winner of Nader (GL) vs. Crumb (OLC). Nader has great technique and has put in a ton of mat time since last season. Crumb is tough and strong. Should be a good match. By my bracketology, the Loser of Nader/Crumb quarter will face the loser of Teacher/Rollo semi. The Loser of Nader/CrumbQuarter could win this match, thus we could see both Nader and Crumb getting out of District. In which case, the 4 Darby Reps would be: Teacher or Rollo, Crumb/Nader Quarterfinal loser, Sawicki, Crumb/Nader Quarterfinal winner. I think Sawicki may have the easiest path. I think the 5 mentioned above are a step ahead of the rest of the pack. It will be a shame that one of these 5 doesn't make it to the Schott. I have a tough time seeing someone other than these 5 representing Darby.

Another interesting twist on the HWT division is the fact that not only did HT"s Crum not wrestle, but Mentor District"s Jon Morgan-Cunningham didn't"t wrestle either. He was Borough"s #11 HWT. He not only hit Gusan with. 5 pointer last year, but he also pinned 3 Darby District DQs in a minute or less this year (Archer, Miller, and Teacher). He would have been a tough "out" for anyone at States. Crum and Morgan-Cunningham being out of the picture take a couple of big hurdles out of the way of the podium.

BTW: Thanks USMC. I"ll take a look at some other classes and see if there are others I know enough about to offer an opinion.

106;
1.Lakso
2.Campbell
3.Gill
4.Oberly
5.Mead
6.Transue

*Lieb & Chase are on my list as one out from placing, you could make a case for them, & pretty much 3-6 being in any orde IMO.*

113
1.Lee
2.Laney
3.Nace
4.Wimer
5.Hassel
6.Transue

*4-6 could be any jumble here. Johnson (PC) & Wright (Hayes) are the two dark horses to place imo.*

138
1.Demas
2.Hinkle
3.Sparks
4.Rooney
5.Messerall
6.Durieux

*Unfortunate that the two best guys (IMO, of course) are paired on the same half here. King (TV) & McGrath (HB) are the next two here.*

145
1.Kowalski
2.Rahmani
3.Miller
4.Neely
5.Mcilvain
6.Beyer

*Tough weight here. 4-6 along with Carroll (TV), Billingsly (GM), & Snyder (OL) are all in the hunt here.*

152
1.Yarger
2.Llaneza
3.Staten
4.Sepeda
5.Hammond
6.Thrasher

*Another very deep weight, Neely (UA), & Notestine (PN) are close behind the main pack here. If Thompson is healthy & still active after day 1 he can definitely breach the top 4.*

Gotta be careful with my picks here, dont wana do any weights where I've got a horse in the race! That being said, I do have a few more weights...

132
1.Smith
2.Terry
3.Ferguson
4.Lieb
5.Lybarger
6.Grenier

*Name of the game here is experience. I've got Stratton (HB) & Orimstion (TV) just outside of placing here, both very capable of breaching that gap.*

**Side note for this weight, on line 10, Jalen Jones (RB) is now out due to some academic commitments, & the Alternate from Hayes (I believe thats where he is from) will likely be in.**

160
1.Deluse
2.Pollit
3.Black
4.Simpson
5.Driscoll
6.Pillow

*Solid weight. I like Rioch (Marysville) & North (Whetstone) as my dark horses here, with them being just outside of placement.*

170
1.Hinz
2.Stratton
3.Dial
4.McDowell
5.Ray
6.Deluse

*Thinking Deluse will take a triple dip here. Hes a future star, so no worries there. Got Moran (3V), & McBride (Logan) losing in rd to place.*

195
1.Kamba
2.Hale
3.Richard
4.Fusner
5.Mansour
6.Pelfry

*Kind of a mystery weight, in that I havent seen a lot of these guys...like ever. I think Richard turns his luck around form last week & gets out here with a solid 3rd. Miller (DC) & Norris (Lanc) just outside of placing with upset potential.

Like I said before, Ive got guys in the weights I didnt show my picks for, wouldnt feel right putting that out there for them to see & the fact there would be a considerable amount of biase in the weight, ha!

good luck to everyone competing this weekend! (Wrestlers & coaches) leave it all on the mat!

*P.S; love the twitter page!*
