You do realize that in process based grading Tannehill could make a perfect QB play and the result could still be an incompletion or interception because of the fault of the receiver? Or another player?

Everything I've read about Tannehill from experts, since I personally didn't watch Tannehill last year, is that he's got all the talent in the world. The PFF rating reflects solely his performance as a QB independently of his surroundings. That's why his ranking =/= his perception.

I think it may be due to the difficulty of the plays? I know Chip tried to make it as easy as possible for Foles to succeed. I don't know their specific grading criteria.

Edit: Foles had a -7.3 rating against Dallas in week 7 that crippled his cumulative score (11/29 that day)
