It does, actually. Rare for a vehicle owned by me. I had a 1997 Lumina before this one and the emergency brake worked on it too, just wouldn't release.

Then there were the days in the 1984 Sentra when i'd be going 60 mph and my buddy would randomly pull the brake and lock the back wheels up. Teenage bullshit.
