Complete BS Champaign county being lvl 2. Sure roads are icy but you can safely get around as long as you drive slow.

First time ever Toledo received 8" snows within 4 days of each other. The Dec 31-Jan 2 event dropped 10" and this one dropped another 13", we're already at 34.1" this winter which is only 3" away from our average. To crack the top 10 we'll need 51.9" and 73.1" to break the all time record set in 77-78

We have about two full months left, that's 64" if things return to average, if things get overly active we're seeing that record come down. 34" already is insane, and it's a shame our road crews are so inept for it.
