It's all selfish and hurts the team because he only talked about his actions and his opposing receiver, not about his teammates which is the whole point of team sports but maybe a simpleton like you doesn't understand that? To use a phrase from you, his play sent his
team to a Super Bowl. He is more engrossed with his performance than the fact his team is moving on and that's gotta be concerning to his teammates and coaches.
It's obvious that I have played at a high level in sports because unlike you I get there is more to team sports than what happens between the lines, in fact the games are probably 15% of all the work and time you put in with your team, maybe less
