Extreme 1st world troubles but every other site I go to loads immediately but when I'm on the OC trying to refresh the screen it either takes forever or doesn't happen. If I tap on "serious business" and it won't refresh/update but tap on a thread and then go back.... It usually will.

This is big stuff justin.
