Shaw was playing for a win, not OT. Completely different school of thought. I agree with him. OT against Cook and the MSU defense compacted at the 25 may have had worse odds than taking the sure points then trying to score again.SportsAndLady;1560532 wrote:They didn't NEED a fg. You're best chance was to score from the 15 yard line and tie the game. Who knows what happens from there.
Not kick a fg, force a stop, get the ball back, and score a td.

Would like to see Bortles shorten up his motion a bit.

Yeah only has 180 yds and 3 TDs so far in 1st half - please don't let the Clowns get him, they might end up semi-good.

55% completion , 2 long runs after short catches and MOST critically important 2 interceptions
But Baylor on defense is similar to Cincy, Balt and Pitt

I lol'd. Easiest money I've ever made here in this bowl, no way was UCF 16 points worse than Baylor, looks like Vegas was drinking the koolaid. IMO B1G is easily the #3 conference in football after todayIronman92;1560573 wrote:55% completion , 2 long runs after short catches and MOST critically important 2 interceptions

Yeah....haven't been sold on the Baylor greatness. I was guessing they'd win by a TD thoughClassyposter58;1560604 wrote:I lol'd. Bortles has been fine in this game. 63% and 284 w/ 3TD's and 2 picks. He seems to get his team in the right play more often than not.

Not two and a half though lol. And yeah their D is just not fundamentally good at all, but then again when has a Big 12 one been?Ironman92;1560606 wrote:Yeah....haven't been sold on the Baylor greatness. I was guessing they'd win by a TD though

If it wasn't for his resume and Ereck Plancher, he'd probably be in line for a big name job.se-alum;1560627 wrote:George O'Leary has more BCS bowl wins than Notre Dame.

I like Bortles better than any other QB available this year. He's got the size, arm strength, and head to play on Sunday.
