Late to the party, but I was a believer in Wilson as well. I remember the key knock was his height..who gives a damn about height.

As for Braxton, I just don't see anyway he makes it in the NFL, or even makes a team. He complains about taking hits in college, well he sure as hell isn't going to get drafted because of his elite passing ability. Anyone who drafts him is going to want to use him as a running threat regardless of the position he plays. His passing has improved tremendously since his first year at OSU, but nowhere near enough, IMO.

I didn't see the article myself, but I remember people saying he commented on "getting tired of the hits"

Considering that so far in his NFL career, he's seemed to be a solid running back who just happens to play at the QB position for arguably the biggest joke of a franchise in the league, I wouldn't be surprised if many people were still saying that. Right now, he's an NFL quarterback in the same way that Brandon Weeden is.

I'm sure it was along the lines of when LeBron said it was "taxing" to bang in the paint and everyone freaked out.

I agree, but he's still getting an NFL paycheck playing behind center, which is more than most of us (including me) thought would happen...just sayin'

Truth there. And still has the opportunity to prove he can be a legit QB at that level. I think that's the "exceed expectations" part for me.

The TP "experiment" has about run its course. He's back in Jenette, PA selling pot by the end of the 2014 season.

He said he was tired of being hit. And then went on to say "we recruit running backs. They're on scholarship too."

Take comments like this witha grain of salt. Its the end of the season and everyone is tired and beat up. I wouldn't read too much into this. I'd like to believe he is smart enough to realize that most of his runs where he takes hits, are of his choice when he ends up scrambling out of the pocket.
But again, at seasons end, everyone is tired and beat up. I am sure many players talk about being tired and beat up.

I honestly think that Cardale Jones will end up better than Miller. I could be way off, but he has a lot of potential and hopefully Urban can mold him.

In regards to Cardale, I mean we haven't even seen him throw a pass against Live comp. have we?

He runs pretty well, has a little Cam Newton to it, less speed, but I can't remember him attempting a throw in his career.

This. If there was ever a qb who should be a tight end, it's Cardale. I should never say never, but barring injuries to everyone else, I don't think he'll ever be listed as the starting quarterback for the Buckeyes.

well probably 80% of that 90% are idiots. Well they're all idiots for thinking that, but some of them get lucky. If all he cares about is the money, he should have went to the arena football league or something, because that's where his best chance to make it will be.

thus making him the lone idiot out of 90% of all college football players who opened his mouth and said it. They literally used his tweet in a textbook as an example of how dumb you can be on social media
