Good news is flipper will be on the bench, we wont have to watch mcgahee run through the mud while pulling a sled.

How will the Browns lose this one? Closest prediction gets a rep from me.

Browns will score with 1 second left to go up 6, hester returns kick off to win the game, deadbeat tiernan comes on this thread to troll and remind us all about his 6 game bet he made with himself, he ends up getting bant from the thread, he QQs in the regular season thread about being bant, and everyone reminds him that nobody gives a fuck about him because he is a deadbeat POS.

^lol'd, also funny bc it's true. He is a deadbeat QQer.

Also who has more receiving yards? Alshon or Gordon?

I'll go with....Browns leading and dominating 27-10 midway thru the 3rd quarter Phil Taylor smears Jay Cutler (concussion symptoms) and Josh McCown enters the game leads them to 3 TD drives including the GW with 12 seconds left on the clock.

Bears 31
Browns 30

On a more serious note.....each team has a receiver that is making everyone take note.

Josh Gordon and Alshon Jeffery to me look like the best receivers in the NFL the past few weeks. Gordon may be the toughest cover in the game and Jeffrey might have the best hands in the game.

Buster Skrine will be greatly tested with whomever they decide for him to cover (Marshall or Jeffrey). I don't look for Haden to get beat deep.

I guess you have to go with Cutler....but McCown has been excellent. Wonder what Bears fans think?

Hey we have two of the best corners in the NFL, statistically. lol.

Browns look good, good game but we lose a close one. We can play with the best in the league. Just a legit qb and a few pieces away. 27-24 Bears.

Oh, well then, they basically have it clinched and the final three weeks are more a formality than anything else.

Just saw a stat that said Josh Gordon could become the first wr since 2000 to lead the league in receiving yards and receptions.

Trivia: Who was the WR in 2000?

I'll try Marvin Harrison or Isaac Bruce

Seems like it would be Tory Holt. He was a good possession guy that could also get down field for the deep ball.

Decided to look it up, don't believe 2000 is the correct year. Marvin Harrison and Muhammad had the most receptions and Holt had the most yards. Holt did it in 2003.

*According to Pro-Football Reference.

That Stafford stat is crazy. I know he isn't great, but 1-22 in his career against teams that finished with a winning record? That's nuts.

Lol....That's why I guessed Bruce instead of Holt. Maybe I'm misremembering but I thought Bruce would get the most catches and Holt wouldn't get as many but more yards.

Good question regardless of the mistake.

Why wait til Sunday like_that? You know you made the bet along with dozens of your Clown Car buddies. When the Bears dismantle Cleaveoplis your bet will be mathematicaly eliminated and I will be able to call all of you welshers (look it up dumbass) until next season.
