He finished 9th in Heisman voting, and was considered one of the favorites heading into the season. Which he will be again. He's nowhere near that good of a player. He could make a Carlos Hyde jump next season, but for now? Come on.
He's a good player. He just isn't the stud a lot of fans/media try to make him out as. T Smith and Pryor were both far better QBs, in my opinion. But the schedule is weak enough again next year that the only real challenge should be @ MSU. Win that one, and they'll be playoff bound. No reason to wish Braxton to leave to throw a freshman in there when the situation is what it is.
