assuming OSU finds a way to pull this out, they are definitely dropping, and rightfully so.

This.

Ptown constantly brings up covering spreads like it means a thing.

If it really meant something TCU would have fallen completely out of the top 7 last week and OSU would have fallen too considering they didn't cover against minny.

Obviously a few points aren't going to matter. But when you are favored by 34 points and beat a team by 1-2 scores and were losing with just a few minutes left in the 3rd quarter, people are going to take notice. If Baylor beats Ok St by 3-4 scores like they should, they are moving ahead of OSU.

Style points is nice way to put "you ran the score up" ala Bob Stoops style.
The spread says OSU should beat Indiana by 5 scores. OSU isn't beating Indiana by 5 scores. They aren't getting any "style points". When Baylor probably will by blowing out Ok St. Therefore, they will jump OSU.
