It depends on if you're talking regular year-round posters, though, or guys who'd pop up and talk during, say, the HS football season and then disappear for the most part the rest of the year unless some sort of big news for the team/league they followed was happening. Because a lot of that type were in the latter category.
Good question. It's been a few months since I've been on Yappi, but I'd imagine they probably got some percent of the high school traffic, at least.
