I just ate one using this method and I'm sold. It was really easy to remove the seeds and you couldn't taste the core at all.

I have a buddy who's been doing this for years. 3 a day. ...among other fruits, a little meat/fish a day, and a nice dose of physical activity. He's 96 and looks like he's 50.

Old news. My wife does this all the time.

I will try this. I always cut my apples up into wedges and cut the core out of the wedges. I ate pretty much the whole apple minus the core.

The music makes me not want to eat it that way. I eat it the "normal" way and eat the core anyways.

Red delicious taste like someone ate the whole apple, sucked all the flavor out, mushed it up, then put it back into the form of an apple
