I thought I read the apples seeds may actually be toxic? Maybe that only applies to juicing/smoothies.

Pink Lady's are good apples. Red delicious are not tasty. I'll have to try this method of eating next time.

If you completely pulverize them in a blender for a smoothie, it's probably not a good idea. I eat the green apples that are a lot rounder than the apple in the video. it seems like it may be harder with rounder apples since the bottom of the apple doesn't present itself the same.
