Interesting game and the first Big 10 team to appear this bowl season.

Wisconsin with a run it down your throat style and Miami wanting to stretch the field with quickness. Miami is heavily favored on the order of about 4:1.

Wisconsin -3, OU at 58

This appears to be where the bowl season begins to pick up

I'm really looking forward to this game, and am a little torn as to who I want to root for.

I think the Big 10 needs this badly for credibility.

But if Miami wins this, they start next season even higher in the rankings and would make the game here in Columbus even that much bigger!

Wish I wasn't at work tonight so I could watch this game. Sucks can't do ESPN 360 at work. Actually just checking my ESPN Radio App and I think the game will be broadcast via radio.

I feel the same way. I think Miami will be highly ranked next season regardless but a win would certainly bolster the position. I will root for Wisconsin though out of Big 10 homerism.

I want the Big 10 to win all their bowls even though it may help next years Miami ranking.

Either way this will help OSU next season. If Wisconsin gets the W against Miami, they will be highly ranked going into next season with Tolzien, Clay, Toon and company back next season.

I hope Wisconsin comes out and runs the ball down their throat... But Clay only averages 67 ypg against ranked opponents... almost 120 against everybody else....

Miami gives up 120 on avg. per game though, I could see Clay having a huge night. If he does it will take the pressure off Tolzein which Wiscy would certainly benefit from.

Wisconsin's secondary isn't very good, ranking in the 60's in both pass and pass efficiency defense. That should give Miami and edge IMO

I think it'll be a close game. My gut is telling me The U, but I'm going against it.. at least on here. I think they'll outplay Wisc and outgain them. But Wisc will continue to pound the ball and will get an important INT somewhere along the line to win a very close game.

What's the Over and Under on threads with comments like "If this game were played tonight in Madison, the score would be reversed"?

Over/Under on threads of my team isn't relevant anymore, not good enough to retain coach, and will fade starting Jan 1st against UF?

Are you fellas so salty that Kelly left you high and dry, Gilyard is a thug and Nippert only holds 35K that you feel the need to pull a page from the SEC homers?

LOL good call!!

I almost started a thread about this today. I don't understand why college football fans say this, ever. How many games per year are played in the cold? 1? 2 max. It's such a stupid argument, and I've never had anyone explain to me why they think it's legit.

Oh I don't know, maybe because the teams from the south rarely go north of the Mason-Dixon line...

I could care less but they don't go north...
