I love how Wisky coach ripped Mark May's prediction that they wouldn't be worth a shit this year....saying "I think 10 wins is something"

Lol I hate Miami. Glad they lost. Love to see them lose. Never did get this conference crap anyway, even when I grew up an OSU fan.

it won't change the perception but will go a long way...

honestly I think the only way it'll change is if the Big Ten goes undefeated.... we all know that's not going to happen... I think Michigan State gets blasted by Texas Tech, Minnesota loses to Iowa State, and Penn State loses to LSU

However, if Miami had a QB that could throw the ball even slightly better, Miami has a really good chance to win this game. Harris is garbage.
I wouldn't put that on Harris. Wisconsin's defense played great and Miami's line got owned. It doesn't matter how good a QB is, if the line doesn't block, they will most likely struggle.

Wisky's defense was aggressive and attacked throughout the entire game and nothing that Miami's offensive line could come up with could stop them

Harris is a good QB, one of the best actually with time. Pressure him and he turns terrible. He threw for 3100 yards and 23 tds this season.

He has always seemed too skinny and injury-vulnerable to me though.

That is the most lopsided 6 point win you will see. There is no question who the better team is. Wisconsin had too much speed in the front seven for Miami to handle.

He missed numerous receivers that were open on bad passes. He has no touch.

23 TD's in the ACC isn't anything special. 17 INT's is what you should be looking at.

This win and whole season for that matter was huge for Coach B. I am business associates with some folks up in Madison who are pretty connected to the University. The natives were very restless after the last two seasons and if he didn't turn it around like he did, I think Wisky would have been looking for a new coach this offseason. Good for Dave Putty's twin!

23 Tds is tied for 14th in the nation. Only 5 less than McCoy, 3 less than Pike, etc.

17 picks is bad for sure, but it was almost all caused by poor O-line play. Harris with time has one of the better deep balls I have ever seen. That being said, Wisky did their research and did what you have to to beat him, and that is bring the pressure.

On a side note... does Miami know you are allowed to cover the TE's in football? haha.

I don't care who you are, 17 picks is terrible, and I've watched enough Miami football this year to tell you that while he gets pressured a lot, he also forces a lot of throws and gets happy feet.

Most of it is inexperience and maybe he'll develop into a better QB, but most of his picks are a result of bad passes, or passes into coverage. He can't read defenses, and he tries to do too much.

Went to school with Matt Borland, Chris Borland's (Really good Wisconsin Freshman LB/K) brother. He was really athletic as well.

Southern speed was just too much for Wisconsin. SMH.

Last night reminded me what Big 10 football used to be. Just smash mouth, beat you up football.

And it made me think that maybe the Big 10 isn't quite as bad as I might have thought they were. Impressive performance by Wisky, hopefully it gets the ball rolling for a good Bowl season for the Big 10!

I still think Auburn roles Northwestern, but other than that I think the Big 10 will have a strong bowl showing

It was a nice win for the Big 10 against a top 15 opponent. I picked Miami in a pool at work, but don't mind losing this one as it is a nice win for the Big 10.

Nice win....playing less than a month ago obviously helped them.
