Its unreal. A little bit of the players around have more confidence. But its more than anyone else trusts them to make plays and takes a few risks and the biggest part is everyone else is smart enough to get into the right call pre-snap. It seems like hoyer and campbell know the talent they have. They give guys like gordon, cameron, and even little the chance to make plays.
