We are really doing it up this week for the Pedo St Molesters game and I'm looking for new tailgate recipe ideas. We have one rule at our tailgate "No Utensils!" whatever is served must be able to be held in one hand with a cold refreshing adult beverage in the other hand. Give me your best tailgate ideas OC...

I am doing cheeseburger bombs. Basically burgers balls with cheddar and wrapped in bacon

No buns?... just the balls on maybe a toothpick? I like it. I could do Chorizo w/ hot pepper cheese version too.

Grilled bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. Make them up the night before using the pre-cooked bacon and freeze. Just have to toss on the grill for a few minutes.

BBQ chicken legs. Bake the night before. Drain fat, soak in BBQ sauce, throw on charcoal grill to heat and char. Will be the most tender chicken you have ever had

Sounds good LJ. I do a similar thing with Red Hot sauce & Sqeeze Butter. What's your BBQ sauce recipe?

It's a famous dave's rich and sassy ripoff. Just a bit more kick to it.

Frank's makes a wing sauce now that tastes the same as the sauce and butter, but it's so much easier.

Yep we always have some. My wife is from buffalo and eats wings sauce on everything. My favorite thing she does is uses it as the dredge when making fried chicken. Amazing
