I still think its OSU ball. Smith wasn't pushing his arm forward. He was trying to grab ball. Stevens knocked ball forward and out of bounds.

I was at the game and it looked good from where I was. Great atmosphere by the way. Way more OSU and MSU fans then anybody else. Hoping we get a shot at scUM on Sat.

I was hoping the shot would fall just so coaches would think twice before sucking all of the fun from the end of the game I am watching by intentionally fouling and taking away my chance at seeing a buzzer beater attempt.

Did he have a lot of offers for D1 football? I'm sure even there was interest, a lot didn't offer due to him committing to basketball. He also didn't play football his senior year.

I wouldn't go that far. Play professionally, basketball is your life. There are significant limitations in college as far as coaching, individual instruction. NBA, 24/7, year around. Anyone remember a guy named Eric Snow, played for MSU? Really wasn't anything special. Dude played 10+yrs in NBA. I am not saying Craft is going to make it, get drafted or anything. But if you do your research, there is some interest in the kid for a lot of reasons. Read an article recently that quoted many NBA GM's who said half of the NBA has an interest in Craft, could draft him, and half don't. Its all about the right fit, being in the right place at right time.

It's not a good comparison at all. There are major differences between snow and craft. The main one, like you said, was snow was a great passer and ran the offense fluidly, craft can barely run OSUs offense let alone an NBA offense.Laley23;1590340 wrote:That is a really good comparison, actually.

I don't recall that MSU team. But this year, think about what Craft has around him offensively? I know he isn't anything great in terms of passing/dribbling, seeing the floor. But what you have around you can either make you look really good...or just avg. Eric Snow was bigger and despite him not being a great outside shooter, he could still hit a mid-range shot. Until Craft shows he can shoot anything outside of a lay-up, this comparison is unfair to Snow.

Eric Snow (didnt play freshman year, really) was better in all 3 of his. 5.2; 6.7; 7.8
I dont think its a horrible comparison, cause both are awful shooting the ball. But Snow was simply a better passer. He was drafted for that and defense. Craft will be drafted for defense, which I just dont know if its enough. If he was a better passer or shooter or anything I think his chances would skyrocket.

I didnt see Snow in college, but that is VERY true in the NBA. He actually had a knock down jumper.
