Haha amazing. I hate being behind you. I think that's the third time that you've taken the pick I was only one spot away from landing. I feel mindfucked right now.

Cleveland Melvin, F, DePaul

If it makes you feel any better, I have basically none of the picks I wanted.

For example, my number one pick in this game was Shabazz Napier. But nope, the one person picking directly ahead of me is a UConn Husky fan. Lol.

Yeah, I wrote down 3 names at work before I left last night of guys I wanted, and all 3 are gone already. This is going to be a bitch trying to get a steal once we hit the 8th round.

I was considering doubling up on DePaul here, but rec eliminated that possibility. Going to take a semi-gamble on a center.

Brandon Young G - DePaul
AJ Hammons C - Purdue

G Marshall Henderson, Mississippi (glad we worked out that substitution thing...never know if this dude makes it through the season).

I was just thinking about Evan Turner his junior year and how good he would have been so I just looked it up and he would have averaged about 40 points a game. Ridiculous.

Anthony Davis would have been around 40 as well because of his blocks.

Can you imagine Pete Maravich? Lol, nobody else would have a chance just based on his scoring totals alone, and completely disregarding every other stat. Although, Pistol still averaged over 5 rebounds and 5 assists as a senior, in addition to his 44 points per. Damn.

Add in steals, and we're talking over 60 PPG for Maravich.

Not up to me solely, but I was thinking that we put in that rule for in season suspensions (ie, the same as an injury. Something we dont see coming at draft time). This doesnt fit that criteria since we know he is out till SEC play. Not sure Henderson comes close to this round if we all knew we could find a replacement till he was back...

Just my opinion, just dont think that pick is very fair.

Was hoping moser would slide more. Possible steal of the draft now that he'll be back to PF.

How do you find a replacement averaging less points than the 0 he'll be putting up?

Well, I guess thats a good point. But I assume Az was going off of JR year numbers. Otherwise, I doubt he would have drafted him lol

I guess we need to clarify then. Since there has only been 1 pick, I will retract Henderson if I wouldn't be allowed to fill a replacement for him for games he misses. Obviously is a guy never plays, he has no stats to go off of.

He's not guaranteed to be out any time necessarily.

I also don't want to be in the position of making the rules/applying them to myself, so I guess I'll go conservative and just re-pick.
