Besides, I wasn't even saying they shouldn't be allowed to say their idiotic things. I was just saying that every time something like this happens be it with someone saying something stupid about Obama or about gay people or whatever (and it happens with liberals too) and they get taken to task for it by the media and public or their company fires them or whatever then you get this reaction of "BUT I THOUGHT WE HAD FREE SPEECH? HERP DERP THE CONSTITUTION ALLOWS ME TO SAY ANYTHING WITH NO CONSEQUENCES".

It's you that doesn't understand what I was saying.

Lol GoCiefs is right it start in Pulaski, TN. Which is just north of Alabama. I've actually driven through the town a couple of times. Why would you think it started somewhere that wasn't in the south? I would think you of all people would know a lot about the KKK.

I'm the least racist person you'll ever meet. However, just like rednecks, many blacks have a tendency to live up to their stereotypes and when they do I'm gonna call 'em on it.

As for the Indiana thing, in the teens & 20s our Hoosier neighbors had a huge KKK political machine cranked up and almost got a Grand Dragon nominated as the Republican candidate for Prez in 1924. Those farmers and clod-kckers are still bat shit crazy.
