Right now, I'm here to escape from my current challenges. Haven't logged in for a couple of days and really have way too much to do to be here, but, I hope there is something funny to make me laugh.
Other times it's a whirlpool bath and sometimes it's been my boyfriend's house.

For me just sitting down, maybe watching some TV and being alone.

I normally go for a drive(when I can't stand campus and the people on it anymore) or I go to the golf course.... the golf course is almost therapeutic for me... 3 hours of just me and nature and that little white ball

This always gets a little laugh:
Save it, too. It can come in handy on "certain" threads.

I drive. I may be crazy, but during the winter, I LOVE driving on unplowed roads in the middle of the night. I don't know why, but when I'm driving in snowy conditions, I just calm down a ton.
I also play video games, but those don't help when I need the escape to be physical as well.

Thanks, I'll check out the funny pictures thread. So far, I'm thinking I should have just gone with the whirlpool tub.

If I need to relax, I usually just make a map of Hawaii on a girl's face.

When I was in Cleveland I would just go to the beach and sit on a bench for a while. In BG I usually just get a book or a magazine and go sit at a coffee house for a few hours.

Video games.
The last couple weeks have been insane at work, and I've been gone most days from 7am to 6 or 7pm, I come home and eat and relax with the wife a little bit, but once she is snoozin' I've been playing games until midnight or so each night....Wooh.

Ask my Boxer if he wants to go for a ride in the car (He always does) and we take off for a little while and discuss the pressing issues of the day. Plus, he occasionally gets a Mickey D's ice cream cup and that's why he gets so excited to go. If not that, I'll jump on my bike and ride the trail in our area for 10-15 or more miles if the weather and wind are too my liking, and if not this, what I'm doing right now gets me away from the "hustle and bustle" of everyday life.
