I am just as sure they won't. They already get way more value from the feds than that of a simple phone. Such an attempted constitutional amendment would never pass the mustard at the judicial level. Your proposal is too simple....but I wish you luck. You'll need it.

I'm confident enough to know that negotiating with me will have absolutely no impact on such an idea.

Well if you ever feel the need to negotiate I'm always willing to reach across the aisle and compromise with my fellow Americans. I'm a little disappointed you are unable to generate any ideas to help fix the world in which we live and would rather just complain. To each his own though I support.
