pretty sure you can get a lot better off the waiver wire.ohiobucks1;1516471 wrote:Last week I was up 8 going into monday and he had Bilal Powell and Matt Bryant. Won by 1.

Yeah I don't get why anyone would have Manning in the first place. But no reason to even have him on your team right now. There has to be someone better on waivers.

I guess that makes sense as to why you had him in the first place haha. You didn't draft any backup QBs? But that sucks man guess you gotta hope he gets his shit together here soon.ohiobucks1;1517521 wrote:My team is a 2QB league with 12 teams...There is nobody.

Vernon Davis and Jamaal Charles. Thank you. I'm only down 4 points with Rivers and Gates still to play.

Put up 155 again this week.
That's 5 of 6 weeks now that I have put up over 135 points, and 3 of 6 with 155+.
I'm up by 100 points over 2nd place, and play the last and 2nd to last ranked team 2 of the next 3 weeks.
Ja feel?

6-0 two weeks in a row. Teams are on a roll but this week should be a test with Drew Brees on bye.

So I made a trade last week for J. Charles.
I gave away Bears D and R. Wayne.
Fast forward 5 days and 1 game....
Wayne is done for the year and the Bears have lost some significant defensive starters for awhile.
I got lucky on that one!

4-2 for the weekend. Both undefeated teams stayed that way.

Lol do defenses have great value in your league or something? That was an awesome trade for you even before the injuries.jmog;1521813 wrote:So I made a trade last week for J. Charles.

As of right now, only Jimmy Graham has outscored my KC defense.Iliketurtles;1521901 wrote:Lol do defenses have great value in your league or something? That was an awesome trade for you even before the injuries.
Defenses in our league can be very good or very bad. Defenses in our league can quickly score negative points (they start losing points if their points against is over 20, and 1 pt for 1 pt after, so if they give up 40, that's a -20).
Now, to offset that huge cost in points, normal defense stuff is worth "double" what it typically is (sacks are 2 pts, TOs are 4, TDs are actually 20).
So defenses can be really good or REALLY bad in our league. THe guy I traded with had his defense score negative points 3 weeks in a row and was desparate for a good scoring one. Hence the Bears/Wayne for basically Charles deal.
Wayne was my flex and the Bears were on my bench. So basically I upgraded from Wayne to Charles for my backup defense.
Now Wayne is out for the year and the Bears D has a number of injuries as well.

Had both Jimmy Graham (wasn't sure if he was going to play) and Josh Gordon (didn't like his recent attitude issues) on my bench and still won. Barring a huge game from Beast Mode or Russell Wilson tonight, I should go 6-0 for the weekend.

I had solid production across the board with exceptional performances by Dan Bailey (K) and the Cincinnati D. Our matchup was complete after last night's game, so barring stat corrections, I won our matchup by a spread of over 80 points... 175.68-94.64

No one understands your leagues. Next thing you're going to tell us is kickers get 3 points for a FG plus 5 points for every yard over 20 and that they typically go in the 3rd round.jmog;1523910 wrote:As of right now, only Jimmy Graham has outscored my KC defense.

Losing Cobb, Finley, Murray and Wayne basically murdered my chances this year especially since Ray Rice doesn't do shit. Blackmon has also been a dud the last 2 weeks for me. Such bad luck for me this season.

You and me both. I had a keeper league and opted to keep Brady and Doug Martin. Martin is basically done for the year (and wasn't doing shit anyway) and Brady has been mediocre. He's scored <10 several times this season.
I also had Shane Vereen (broken hand in week 1), Owen Daniels (out since week 2 or 3). Amendola also sat after a solid week 1 performance.
This week I was projected to score 111 points in my game. I currently have 35.
Yes. 35.

No, Ks are pretty 'normal' but they do get 'bonus' points the longer the FG (start at 3, can get as much as 7 for FGs longer than 50). They also get negative points for missed XPs and FGs (again, more negative the closer the FG).Raw Dawgin' it;1524941 wrote:No one understands your leagues. They go in rounds 17/18 typically.

Do you follow any fantasy writers or is your league scoring to unique?jmog;1525025 wrote:No, Ks are pretty 'normal' but they do get 'bonus' points the longer the FG (start at 3, can get as much as 7 for FGs longer than 50).
