Ludwick = bum.
Watched 3 fastballs down the middle.
He's been GARBAGE since returning. Like a .520 OPS...

I don't care what FoxTrax says, that is not a strike. ESPECIALLY when the pitcher had thrown 17 out of 19 out of the strike zone.

Only a bitch goes up there looking for a walk. If Ludwick is truly a middle of the order hitter, against a guy who threw 15 of 18 balls prior to his at-bat, he'd be swinging.wildcats20;1503486 wrote:I don't care what FoxTrax says, that is not a strike. Which Astro we've never heard of hits the walk off?

Yeah that was a bad AB. Watch a pitch at 3-0, but you better sure as hell swing at a 3-1 fb down the middle.Azubuike24;1503487 wrote:Only a bitch goes up there looking for a walk. Hey, guess what?
I haven't bashed Dusty in a little while.
However, it's time. Zack Duke coming in a tie game in the 9th. When is the last time Chapman pitched?

Aroldis should have been in to start the inning. He has proven he can go 2 innings of needed. You bring him in, he gets out of the 9th unscathed, then let him close it in the 10th after we score.
Aggressiveness wins games, not dumbassness.

There's seriously a 65% chance or so Duke blows this...

3rd pitch was right down the middle, not really sure how it was called a ball.

The answer to my own question is about to be Marc Krauss.

Unless the Reds take the lead, Partch will pitch before Chapman will!

Dusty has his fuckin dice out this game.
And I just don't see the hype with Hamilton....he adds literally nothing and the pitchers and catchers aren't at all bothered by him. He really doesn't even look that fast.

This is the one area where you simply can't play conventional and expect Hamilton to perform. Instead of taking a leadoff single and hoping for a real inning, you basically position yourselves for a guy with zero pop to drive in a run.
Insanity.

Hamilton was dominated in that AB!
